Our Nashville cooking classes include a variety of cuisines and are hosted by professional chefs.

All cooking classes include recipes and samples of the food prepared, so come hungry so you can enjoy all the delicious things that will be cooked.

Our cooking classes are also BYOB so please bring any beverage you would like to drink and we will provide glassware.

Paella & Spanish Tapas

Paella is one of the best-known rice dishes in Spanish cuisine. Chef Jodi will teach you step by step the process of making a typical Paella consisting of Meat, Seafood, Vegetables, Rice & Saffron Hands on with Chef Jodi. The menu includes: Paella with white fish, shrimp, mussels and chorizo, Tortilla de patatas, Spanish Omelette, and a Banderilla Tradicional – a classic skewer of Spain. Delicious!
