Join us for our latest Nashville Cooking Class: A West African Inspired Dinner. This demo class with Elsie Kris will feature fried plantains, a seafood pepper soup, catfish, and oven baked Jollof Rice and Grilled Chicken Suya. Spiced Fried Ripe Plantains -Savory west African spiced sweet ripe plantains served with a mild scotch bonnet/ tomato sauce
Seafood pepper soup -Catfish cooked in a traditional broth with fresh spices and exotic West African Spices
Oven baked Jollof Rice and Grilled Chicken Suya - Basmati rice cooked in a West African style tomato sauce and served with pan grilled chicken.
