About The Event

A rare opportunity to "Meet your Fisherman", as Mike and Cathy Stoltz owners of Virgin Bay Seafood are co-hosting this event. They fish and direct market most of their 100% Wild Caught Alaska Seafood right here in Nashville. This is a chance to not only learn how to prepare a couple of delicious seafood dishes, but also to learn about how the seafood is harvested and processed to maintain the highest quality. If you are a seafood lover, don't miss this unique class!

Salmon - White - Chardonnay - a bigger, more robust Chardonnay like Rombauer. Red - a lighter bodied red, like a Pinot Noir or Sangiovese
