About The Event
Learn how to cook more efficiently by honing your knife skills: slice, dice, brunoise, chiffonade, paysanne, julienne, battonet and mince. We will also talk about knife care and use all the chopped vegetables to make a Teriyaki Vegetable Stir Fry.
Snacks will also be provided.
