Erin Byers Murray is the editor of Nashville Lifestyles, as well as a food writer and author. Her books include SHUCKED: Life on a New England Oyster Farm; THE NEW ENGLAND KITCHEN: Fresh Takes on Seasonal Recipes (Rizzoli, 2014); and GRITS: A Cultural and Culinary Journey Through the South. She received a culinary certificate at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts before relocating from Boston to Nashville in 2012, where she now covers the Nashville food scene with restaurant and tastemaker profiles.
